SENIOR Technician

Maccentric, an Apple Authorized Service Provider, is looking for a technician to troubleshoot and repair Apple products.

This individual should have experience in computer and/or phone repair. Working knowledge of Apple products and previous experience in Apple service at an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider is preferred, but not required. We will train successful applicant to achieve necessary Apple certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose technical issues, determine appropriate service strategies, position solutions to customers

  • Perform hardware diagnostics and repairs, software work

  • Provide timely updates to customers

  • Process incoming and outgoing parts

  • Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Aptitude for acquiring skills in technical repairs and an eagerness to learn

  • Excellent time management skills and an ability to make decisions quickly

  • Success in team environments, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members


Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23-$42.50 per hour
